The President and founder of Angel City West, Inc. is Sandra Clark. She is a native of Los Angeles and has been working in property management and development since 1978.

Ms. Clark is licensed California Real Estate Broker and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

She holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). She is a member of CREW- Los Angeles, a chapter of the National Network of Real Estate Women.

Sandra has also served on the Board of Directors for the Marina City Club Condominium Owners Association as the Chief Financial Officer for 2005 and 2006.
